First, you would sign up to use our services. By contacting a member of our team we can then go through the different packages available and discuss your requirements and answer any questions that you have. Once we have agreed a price and you are happy to commence we ask you to pay 50% upfront with the balance due when your site goes live. We accept debit cards, credit cards or bank transfers. Our hosting charge starts from when you sign up.
Research
Once you decide to work with us, we ask you to complete a customer questionnaire. This allows us to understand what you are wanting to achieve from your new website. We start by researching the market including competitors, helping us to understand your audience and the best approach for positioning your business. This stage is all about us understanding what you want and then adding our design and marketing experience to fulfil your project.
Design
Once we’ve agreed the wire frames our designers will get stuck in creating the concepts and mock ups designs of your site. We offer unlimited revisions until sign off and it’s important that we do not start the build until you are ready. This is because, we need you to provide our designers the relevant content to make your new website not just look great and feel great but to also show the correct information.
Build
Once the design is agreed the website will be built. This involves taking the agreed design and coding it so that it works across all different devices and screen sizes. Every website that we create is responsive (also known as mobile friendly). At this stage you will need to supply the editorial text and pictures for every page.
Launch
When your new website is ready we will make it live. If you already own your domain name then we will work through the different options to recommend the best domain configuration for your project. Once your URL is live, we will let Google know so that they can re-index your website and it can starts its journey in the search engines where your audience can find you.
Support
Our job does not end when the site goes live. For a lot of clients that is where it starts! We are here to support you as much or as little as you need and if you need any updates that you cannot or don’t want to do through the CMS we will do them under our hourly support charge. We also offer SEO services where we try and make your website rank better for agreed keywords in Google. As you business changes and grows we will be by your side advising and helping you get the best of your online presence.
